I love partnering with founders before others believe in them and the business they are building; and then seeing the impact we can have and the relationships we can build as they go from 0-1. Being able to do that at scale with 100+ founders a year is incredibly rewarding and what drives me to continue to build Forum into an institution for decades to come.

I was lucky enough to go through Forum's accelerator 10 years ago, and it completely changed not just the trajectory of the company, but entire entrepreneurial journey. Of all the VCs on my cap table, Forum was the one who helped us the most, and the people I would turn to when things got hard. Getting to pay it forward to the next generation of founders and to be able to be there for them and impact both outcomes and people while contributing to this incredible Forum community is the greatest privilege of my career.

Being part of the founders' journey from the earliest stages is a privilege. I love getting to know our founders personally and supporting them through the highs and lows of building a company. Being there when they sign their first customers, secure follow-on capital, and solving tough problems with them is incredibly rewarding. Following their journeys as their companies succeed and knowing that we've made a meaningful difference in their growth personally and professionally is what drives me every day. It's an honor to be a partner in their story and to help turn their visions into reality.
